Portland Oregon food and drink options are gloriously varied and delicious. Buck and I had a blast visiting Portland in the spring of 2025, exploring, eating and experiencing a gorgeous spring! The last time we had visited Portland was during the 2017 Christmas holiday and that visit let us know we wanted to return to explore some more. Similar to our last Portland visit, most of our 2025 Portland time was spent doing a housesit, that we found through TrustedHouseSitters.org. Being in someone’s home with fun, furry companions, just made the whole trip nicer.
